About Boundless
Boundless is an immigration tech company out of Seattle. After their Series B they tripled headcount, from 130 to nearly 400. The sales team was hiring fast and needed new SDRs producing before the pipeline felt it. Chambr started with the B2B team. It worked well enough that they brought it to B2C too.
The problem: 75 calls a day, 2 live conversations
Andrew was spending 5-10 hours a week on rep coaching and interviews. His SDR lead had just 1 hour a week to review calls. SDRs were dialing all day but barely getting live conversations. There was no way to practice in real time.
He introduced Chambr into the daily SDR workflow. Reps started warming up on Chambr before their prospecting blocks. If they didn't book a meeting by end of day, they'd run another roleplay to reset. Practice became part of the rhythm, not something scheduled once a month.

Hiring and B2C Expansion
After seeing what daily practice did for existing reps, Andrew started using Chambr in the hiring process. Candidates ran a roleplay as part of the interview. It showed who could actually sell, not just interview well.
